Let It Ride Poker Onlline – Free Internet Let 'em Ride Poker Games
Let It Ride and Caribbean Stud have something else in common too; they’re both proprietary games that were designed specifically to be “the exciting new table game”. Let It Ride poker was rolled out by a company named Shufflemaster in 1993. Shufflemaster is well known for inventing, building, and leasing the automatic blackjack shufflers that card counters hate so much, and that casino owners grow more fond of every year.
Let It Ride poker is different from Caribbean Stud in that there’s no requirement for a player to beat the dealer or the other players. (In Caribbean Stud, you must beat the dealer to win.) In Let It Ride, both online and in a brick and mortar casino, the player only hopes to get a winning hand (pair of tens or better) using 3 pocket cards and 2 community cards. The house advantage for Let It Ride poker is 3.5%, so it’s a better bet than some bets in the casino, but it certainly doesn’t compare to blackjack or video poker.
The atmosphere at a Let It Ride table is even more laid-back and convivial than at a Caribbean Stud table, since there’s no competitive element at all. Another aspect of the game that a lot of players really like is that they can pull back up to two of the three initial bets, which gives some illusion of control. Let It Ride is an easy game to play, and it’s a great change of pace for slot players or keno players who want to try to learn a table game but aren’t yet ready for blackjack. And the odds are certainly better than in roulette (the American version of the game anyway.)
